Vast and tranquil, Pleasant Bay is one of the Cape’s natural tidal rivers, with a rich history as a seafaring port and fishing grounds for many, both past and present. The paddling is plentiful and the water is shallow. This tour paddles out among a few of the islands while gliding over eelgrasses and an abundance of life below. The afternoon prevailing winds on the Cape can change our routes daily, however the beauty of paddling around the islands and along the backside of Nauset’s barrier beach to the east is well worth exploring.
The tour price is $90. A $45 deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance to be collected at the time of the tour.
